A great finish of 2018. for Ovation BBDO! At this year’s UEPS we have won Agency of the year, Grand Prix and five golden accolades for the sweetest campaign of 2018, The Shiny story of Munchmallow! We have also won silver and bronze accolades in five additional categories, so we thank the jury and all the clients that made this possible. Even more reason to be proud: Art&Craft – Art Direction category award for our designer Milan Petrović.

It’s official – the sweetest campaign of 2018!

The triumphant success at UEPS festival is another confirmation that Munchmallow really is a story for itself. From the sweetest billboard in town, the Best regional project award at the Weekend media festival in Rovinj and double award plus the Grand Prix at Kaktus, all the way to five golden medals and the Grand Prix at UEPS, we can proudly say that Munchmallow – Priča za sebe is the best received and the most impactful campaign of 2018. It has won gold in the following categories: Food, Creative Efficiency, TVC, OOH campaign and Creative use of media.

First accolades for Booster and Frikom campaigns

Frikom’s frozen vegetables is a familiar lead role of our meals. And so is the main protagonist of our freshest campaign, Branka Katić. This project won silver in the Integrated campaign – Food category.

In the category that awards the best packaging and industrial design, silver went to Booster. The irresistible character of Boosterd, applied on the unique can of this drink’s new taste, left a strong impression on the jury.

The return of the brand you trust and new awards for Nectar

In the Integrated campaign – Drink category, “Nectar – 20 godina nije svejedno” has won silver medal. This campaign has also won a bronze in the Online marketing campaign category. Nectar has been on a roll in 2018, both in Serbia and the regional markets.

The best integrated campaigns category in the field of medicine, beauty, fashion and sport has been a witness of the return of the good old brand. A brand that we all trust and whose products we use with confidence. Galenika is the name, and it has won a silver in this category.

Best Art Direction – Milan Petrović

Art&Craft category awards the best art direction, and our designer Milan Petrović took home the title. Milan is with us for 2 and a half years already and is a part of many of the most important agency projects, including the award-winning Munchmallow – Priča za sebe. We are proud that he is with us and we consider his award a well-deserved one!

 

About the festival

On this traditional event that celebrates the birthday of the oldest professional association in Serbia, the UEPS Day, awards are being handed out to the best campaigns of the year. The UEPS Day 2018 saw awards in 17 regular categories, as well as 21 subcategories, and 8 special recognitions.
